Refund policy

You can cancel your appointment at any time, but cancellation fees and fees for service already provided cannot be refunded.  


Delivery policy

It typically takes 3-6 business days for the pharmacy to process the order and then is shipped overnight. Overall, most clients receive their medication within 1 week after their prescription is created.

Return policy

Due to the nature of prescriptions they cannot be returned to the pharmacy.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your Revivify Wellness appointment directly through the patient portal, or by emailing us at MyRevivifyWellness@gmail.com. If canceling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for 50% of the consultation fee.

Payment methods

We accept most credit card providers like American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit card payments or you may pay your bill through the client portal.
